On June 9, 2022, when grandma went to Les ******** to pick up the child, she found my son's one ear was very red and swollen. The child said that the teacher pulled his ear with all her strength at noon. My son was 4 and a half years old and could express himself clearly. The teacher has already left work, and the grandmother showed the principal of the child's injury, but the grandmother did not speak English and French, so she took the child home. When we got home from work, we found that the redness and swelling were severe, but we could no longer contact the teacher and the principal. The next day, I went to daycare to ask the teacher. The teacher denied it. I asked to watch the surveillance video, but the teacher said that the principal must be present. They told us to watch it in 5 days, but what broke me was that the video on the day of the incident on June 9 was broken, there was nothing, only the video on that day was broken. After my child's ears were pulled, he didn't want to go to daycare anymore. He kept saying that he was afraid, and my heart was broken. Si le lien de confiance que vous aviez envers le service de garde est brisé, je vous suggère de le quitter. Vous ne devriez payer que $50 ou 10% du montant restant de votre contrat à payer comme pénalité (c'est la loi). Si vous voulez porter plainte à la police, faites-le, les policiers verront à demander les preuves à la direction (peut-être y a-t-il déjà des plaintes portées à l'encontre de ce milieu de garde, sinon ça permettra d'ouvrir un dossier).
