I need help! (changing my email in my profile)
 
Hello, i have an account for my daycare and I recently changed its
Email address and now the system is not recognizing any of
The emails .. I wrote emails to the support centers and I also tried to
Contact admins.. But no reply ...I am really in trouble plz someone help me out

When you change your e-mail or address the system treats it like like a new account try to create another account with all your information I once had the same problem when I tied to change my phone number

But my previous post ( about my daycare) is always there ... So is there any way to take it off ?otherwise it will always show in the system .. Non?

If you change your login email in your profile, the website will send you a confirmation to this new email, with a link to follow to "reactivate" your account. This helps us make sure the new address is valid. Did you receive this activation email ? Could you check in your spam folder in case it was miscategorized ?

Once the new email address is verified, you'll be able to log into the members' area with this new email address.

No, i didnt Check it right away but few days back when I wanted to logged in .. I wasn't ]able to do so and the system refused to recognize both emails ..
Now my add is there but I do not have access ... I do not want to create a new add Bcz I gave link to the same add in my flyers that I already printed and distributed and have more to go for next month ... now I did registered my new email address expecting to connect it automatically with my previous post but it didn't .. :( what can I do now ? Plz help

There was an error in the email you provided when you changed it in your profile (".con" instead of ".com").

We corrected this error for you and reactivated your account manually. You should be able to log in your account now using the correct .com address.
