I received a call on Monday telling me that my daughter was crying most of the day and she could not stand it, so she said I am giving your notice, when I started there I gave a her 200$ 2 weeks notice payment. And here she is telling me that my daughter last day is on the same day that she called me at work. So later on I go pick up my stuff and I ask her to give me my 200 2 weeks notice money back and she flat out said "NO" to me because my daughter was to much to handle and that is why she won't give it to me. Do this person is going to small claims court will all that i have written she also has made me missed days of work saying that my child is sick which she is not.

J'ai reçu un appel de téléphone lundi m'indiquant que ma fille pleurait toute la journée et elle ne pourrait pas la garder, ainsi elle m'a donner sa notification. Quand j'ai commencé a faire garder ma fille a cette garderie j'ai donne 200$ de preavis de 2 semaines. Elle me dit que ma fille pleurait trop et a deranger les autres enfants. J'ai demander si demander pour mon 200$ de preavis pour les 2 semaines et elle me dit la response et "NON" . Et C'est pour ca que j'ai decider l'ammer au petite cours de creances avec tous ce que j'ai écrit aussie également m'a fait manques des jours de travail parce que mon enfant est malade meme si elle est en santer.

Was she private or a 7$ daycare? Where is that daycare?
I hope you get your money back cause people like that ruin our reputation
