Voici un très bon livre à regarder avec ta fille sur l'anxiété. http://www.miditrente.ca/Psycho-Pedago/Incroyable.html. Tu peux travailler cela avec elle. Nous on l'a fait deux fois ce livre et ça l'a aidé.
