Si tu étais ma remplaçante et j'ai toujours été satisfaite de toi, je ne vois pas pourquoi je te mettrais à la ''porte''. J'engagerais quelqu'un le temps que soit tu remises, cette personne serais bien sur au courant. Pourquoi ne pas tout simplement demander à la RSG ses intentions, dans l'éventualité où elle ne te reprendrais pas tu pourras toujours chercher ailleurs ou porter plainte.
