Hi,
Even if the daycare is private, you still have a contract. Since, haven't broken any of the contract terms, they are not allowed to break it and kick you out. You could call Consumer Protection (office de la protection des consommateurs)...sorry, I don't know the name in English.
But, when you think about it, even if they're not allowed to break your contract with them...do you really want to stay in that place? They don't want you and think complaning about security issues is a reason to kick your kids out of the place... Maybe it's for the best for your family. But I'd definitely get the info about your rights as a consumer.
