I am understand that 7$ per day is not a lot for Educatrices but they do receive money from government also. i guess their salary per year up to 60 000$ but if they rate go up to 9$ for a familiar daycare, i guess more people will refer to go with private daycare and Familiar day care will lack of children and end up to close their day care sooner or later.
