J'ai utilisé les services de cette gardienne à domicile et je trouve que:

"We have never met such a dishonest person in our life. We visited the daycare with our daughter, we liked the place and we decided to fill up the application. One of reasons why we chose this daycare is because it was marked as subsidized and affiliated with bureau coordinator. The garderie is situated in the basement of the triplex and is managed by me Myrlene’s son and his girlfriend. The whole building belongs to one family. The first day when we came to pick ou daughter up, I found out that she was not in the basement. but on the first floor playing with other girls under supervision of me Myrlene, who explained that in the basement is situated the daycare we applied for (Meli-Melo) and her son with his gf is managing it, but on the first floor me Myrlene herself is managing another type of daycare-private anticipated and the kids there are the same age as my daughter. She offered us a choice-to keep being registered with méli-mélo in the basement, but she can take our daughter upstairs sometime to play with kids if her age, or we can reregister her into this private daycare. In the evening I discussed it with my husband and we decided to keep our daughter registered in the subsidized daycare méli-mélo, next morning when I brought my daughter to the daycare I told about our decision to me Myrlene. When my husband and I came back few hours later to pick our daughter up, me Myrlene told us that the daycare we registered our daughter to does not exist anymore, more specifically it is not anymore subsidized daycare with affiliated bureau coordinator, but completely private with anticipated payment plan. Moreover, she told us that that they do not have place for our daughter there anymore even if we agree to reapply. All parents whose kids were visiting méli-mélo daycare were aware of the changing, but not us. She hid this information from us. Till last moment this woman was playing with us, making us to fill up the documents for the daycare which she knew was existing till end of November, then providing us choice between private anticipated and subsidized daycares and when we decide to stick with our first choice no matter how much she pushed us to change our mind, she finally admits that it will not exist anymore and that there is no place for my daughter.
If she would be honest from the beginning, if she would tell us about such an important change of the daycare status, we wouldn’t waste our time and would choose another place with available place, but now that place is already taken and my daughter comes back on the waiting list where she had been for almost two years after only 2 days of going yo the daycare.
Also important to mention that till this moment it is really hard to understand who from this family is responsible for what. Too many family members involved, but very unclear who you should deal with.
For other parents-please be aware and do not choose the place to leave your child where the people are lying and acting dishonestly,you may also end up with no daycare, lost time and nerfs."
